Service Description

Sounds healing works by synchronizing brain waves to help access deep states of relaxation. This helps to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies. This practice is best experienced in person. You can request an appointment for just yourself or a group. It also pairs well with dynamic breathwork.
