Somatic Breathwork™ Group Session

Please join Kula Yoga and Sarah Waller for Somatic Release Breathwork™. Somatic Release Breathwork helps to connect to the subconscious mind and bring awareness and insights that are otherwise hard to access. The breathwork practice utilizes a circular breathing pattern, rhythmic music, and light touch to help open blocked energy centers within the body. The breathwork helps to facilitate a cathartic release that helps to expel stress and anxiety, suppressed emotions, negative belief systems, old patterns, and addictions that may be holding us back. These stressors are stored within the tissues of our bodies and when released, it helps to free up space within the body. This helps to promote relaxation, clarity, and helps to bring about a greater sense of joy and presence. Many people report feelings of euphoria and out-of-body experiences during the session, followed by elevated states of gratitude and bliss upon completion.

Preparation:

Please bring water and a journal, and refrain from eating a large meal or drinking caffeine two hours prior to the session.

Meditation + Sound Bath

Thursday, February 16th @ 6:30pm - 8:00 pm

Join Sarah Waller at The Reiki Center for an evening of meditation and sound healing.​

Crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes are used for this session. Allow the vibrations from the crystal singing bowls and other instruments to harmonize with the chakras and release anything that is not serving you. Treat yourself to this meditative and relaxing experience!

Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters can be provided but feel free to bring any extra cushions or pillows to make yourself extra comfy for the sound bath. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an eye mask if you wish. Bring a journal or notepad to write down any insights or guidance you receive during the session.

Somatic Breathwork Virtual Session

Monday, February 20th @ 6 PM EST

Experience Somatic Breathwork in the comfort of your own home! This is a great option for those of you who cannot make it to an in-person session. This breathwork practice will help you to reconnect to your body and go inward on a journey to release what is holding you back in life. Allow yourself to breathe out any obstacles or barriers. This is your chance to become raw, and vulnerable, and allow yourself to transform into the most authentic version of yourself. Using a connected breathing pattern we can allow the body to discharge stress and anxiety to free up room within our body for what we want. Begin to breathe your soul back into your body along with what you desire out of life! 

This session will be held via ZOOM. High-quality headphones are recommended. 

Meditation + Sound Bath

Join Be Well Studio + Sarah Waller for an evening of meditation and sound healing. Allow your body and mind to relax and unwind. Life can get crazy around the holidays! Take some time to do something good for yourself!

Prepare the body for a meditative state and allow the frequencies of crystal singing bowls to help you to tune into bliss and tune out the chaos. Sound baths allow us to turn off the thinking mind and enter deep states of relaxation and tranquility. When we enter these states, our body's innate intelligence takes over and we can move towards healing. Leave feeling relaxed and ready for the week ahead!

Feel free to bring a journal to write down any insights and bring any pillows or blankets you need to make yourself comfortable!
