Realign with a unique self care workshop. Jaimie Ross, will guide you through a gentle peaceful practice designed for all levels. Following the flow, Adam Gloyeske will perform acupuncture. Enjoy an enhanced Savasana while Sarah Waller uses the frequencies of crystal signing bowls to destress and harmonize the mind and body.
